Welcome to the Tenant Information page for Place St. Charles. This page is dedicated to communication between management and our tenants in the event of an emergency evacuation only.

Building Management will communicate with tenants and post status bulletins on an as needed basis. If your questions are not answered by the bulletins, you may also contact management at the following email address ONLY IN THE EVENT OF A BUILDING EVACUATION. This email will not be checked unless there is an evacuation. PlaceStCharles@yahoo.com

Normal hours for the telephone and emails will be Monday through Friday, 8-5. All emails will be answered within a 24 hour period whenever possible.

Posted bulletins will remain on the site in date order until the emergency has subsided.

If you have questions that are not answered by the bulletin posting, please feel free to contact management office personnel at 504-524-4444. This phone will be forwarded to a cell phone that will be answered during normal business hours and will be "switched" in Atlanta to avoid the 504 area code "jams" or lines that might be down to insure there will be no service interruption.

It is our sincere hope this page will not be needed, but in the event there is an emergency, we at Place St. Charles will be prepared to properly communicate with the tenants to make a smooth transition back into the building.
